The Mental Toughness behaviour model we use is based on leading psychological research and scientific evidence that has generated a model of five vital behaviours for effective performance, as well as subsequent work around mental toughness outside of the sports arena.  This model focuses on five qualities, or behaviours, that manifest in a mentally tough individual:

Our programme works to build up your understanding of yourself in relation to each of the behaviours.  We then help develop your mental toughness through practical self-reflection and activities that help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
